Our goal is to make the ordering process as simple as possible. Please follow these steps and we will be able to process your order as quickly as possible.
1. Browse our website for all available products
We have made every effort to include as many products as possible from our partner brands and our own custom products. If you don't see something on our website that you might be interested, please let us know. We can get you nearly any piece of apparel that is available through our brands, and we have the capability to custom make products as well. Keep in mind that many of our custom apparel items can be used for various sports and activities.
2. Contact us for a Quote
Please contact us by phone, email, or through our quoting system built into every product page. Your pricing depends on many factors and the more information you can provide to us including the following will allow us to send you the most accurate quote:
- Quantity
- Custom or Stock item (custom is more expensive and typically takes longer to make)
- Price Range
- Desired embellishment options such as silkscreening, embroidery, or twill
- Date Due
- Shipping address (for freight quote)
3. Artwork
After we have sent you accurate quotes and you wish to place an order with us, we will begin the "proofing" stage. At this point we will begin to design your custom apparel with your logo, numbers, colors, etc.
Typically many teams will choose from our pre-made templates and the proofing will be fairly straight forward and quick, but we do offer custom graphic design. Once you are satisfied with your proof and you send us final approval, we can begin production.
4. Send us your deposit
Once your artwork has been approved, we require a deposit of 75% down and a valid credit card on file, or a Purchase Order from a School or University on official letterhead. We are not able to begin production until the deposit is received or the Purchase Order has been faxed or mailed.
2. Allow us to create your order
Once we receive your deposit, you will be given an estimated date of completion for your order. We are very conscious of our production capacity at any given time and will do our best to have your order made and shipped within our production window. From time to time the production time may be decreased or increased due to factors outside of our control, ie fabric availability, incorrect garments or sizes shipped from manufacturers, and various other reasons that are just a part of custom apparel production.
You will be updated prior to your order shipping and notified of its progress. As always, you may contact your sales rep to request a status update.
