    • Pro Athletics offers a 30-day warranty against workmanship defects on all products. If you encounter any issues related to workmanship within 30 days of your purchase, please contact us immediately for assistance.
  2. Refunds and Exchanges on Custom Printed Team Store Items:

    • Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges on custom printed team store items. Each custom print is unique and tailored to your specifications; therefore, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for these items.
  3. Exchange Policy for Stock Apparel Items:

    • Stock apparel items can be exchanged within 30 days of the order date, provided that the original packaging and tags are still attached to the garment.
    • To initiate an exchange, customers must contact Pro Athletics to obtain a Return Number before shipping the item back to us.
  4. Customer Responsibilities:

    • It is the customer's responsibility to contact Pro Athletics to obtain a Return Number for any exchange.
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Pro Athletics.
  5. Conditions for Accepting Returns:

    • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
    • The original packaging and tags must be intact for stock apparel items.
  6. Processing Time:

    • Please allow a reasonable processing time for exchanges once the returned item is received by Pro Athletics.
